Avospy is operated by Nuvio s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 03314782, VAT ID CZ03314782, registered at Mrštíkova 399/2a, 460 07 Liberec, Czech Republic (the "Provider"). Contact: support@avospy.com.
2. The service
Avospy is a website monitoring and analysis service. It checks uptime, SSL certificates, DNS, SEO, performance and related signals, tracks competitors, and sends alerts when something changes. The exact features depend on the selected plan.
3. Account and subscription
- Some features require an account. You are responsible for the security of your login.
- Paid plans are billed as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) through our payment provider Stripe. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the service remains available until then.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page; unless stated otherwise they are exclusive of VAT.
- A free plan or trial may be offered without a payment card.
4. Acceptable use
- Monitor only websites that you own or are authorised to monitor.
- Do not use the service to prepare an attack, bypass security, or for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not overload the service or attempt to disrupt its operation.
The Provider may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
5. Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as is". While we take care to keep it reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every issue on a monitored site will be detected. The service does not replace a full security or SEO audit.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability for damages is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
